Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on products unless they are damaged upon receipt. All products are checked for quality before dispatch, however, we understand that there are instances where goods can be damaged in between leaving the warehouse and arriving at your doorstep.
If your products are damaged, we are able to offer an exchange, if the item is out of stock we will offer a refund for your purchase, provided that your item is unused and is in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

After receiving your exchange request, we will process the exchange and contact with you about how to send back the product.
